in mpls vpn network, traffic based on EXP, but for P-PE link, on end PE,because PHP behavior,PE doesn't have outboud label, there is no EXP,how can PE identify the traffic class!

How about using the Explicit Null label instead of Implicit Null ???
the PE will be able to see the EXP marked !!!
