asr9k evpn multicast drops

Hi all,

I have an issue with multicast traffic (BUM) between ASRs (PE) and Hauwei (P). The traffic from ASRs is passing Huawei Cloud. One of our customer is runnign EIGRP protocol in their Routers (CE) and has a problem with Hello packets (Multicast).

The topology is the following:

CUSTOMER SITE1 (CE) <--->  ASR9k (PE) <----> HUAWEI CLOUD (P) <-----> ASR9k (PE) <-----> CUSTOMER SITE2 (2) 

Any help will be appreciated.

Can you share:

1. Configuration (type of EVPN service you are running - VPWS, Native, PBB, VXLAN?)

2. What drop counter is increasing?

Hi Elvin, sorry for the late reply.

1. VPWS

2. We have generated 15K pps and based on the mpls counter, we confirmed that packets does not reach the another side  (PE). Found drop counter RSV_DROP_MPLS_TXADJ_NO_MATCH in first side which include these test packets. Dumped the packet for this NP counter RSV_DROP_MPLS_TXADJ_NO_MATCH, and found 2 pattern of packet on egress LC slot 0/x
