BFD over BGP on cisco 7606

I am using below hardware and software for BFD over bgp for failure detection.

please confirm that BFD is supported over BGP or not on below hardware. as i have configured bfd with my upstream but BFD neighbor is not getting up.

 

supervisor:WS-SUP720-3B

Model:CISCO7606

Chassis:

Cisco Systems Cisco 7600 6-slot Chassis System

It's supported, sometimes there are sync issues and you need to remove and reapply the BFD configuration.

Have you consulted the configuration guide?

i have re-applied the BFD configuration but still not getting up.

yes , configuration are same as per your article reference.

please help to resolve the issue

please attach a text file with the outputs on both routers for:

 

show run interface

show interface

show run | s router bgp

show bgp ipv4 unicast neighbor [ip]

show bfd neighbors details

 

also, are you using any kind of redundancy? like dual sup, or chassis or something else?
