Causes of MPLS Label Drop

One of our customer sometimes experience a loss of connectivity on a certain network prefix but this network prefix is reachable from the CE router and is present on the local router. From the local PE router the network prefix is reachable but from other PE router it is unreachable. The odd thing is when we check on other PE router the forwarding table it show label are being drop. The only solution we only provided on the network prefix is to clear only that router not the whole routing table on the the vrf table. Have experience this kind of problem before.

Even me to observing a issue like that and was forced to clear the prefix list.

suspecting could be an ios issue or could be the path issue might the forward and the reverse path from CE to PE to PE CE is varying.
