Hello sachinj01,

Try a ctrl brk sequence to get into Rommon.  Change the registry setting to bypass the startup and reload.

Hopefully this will reload your router.  Once back up, "copy start run".

Then look in logs for a clue why the router crashed.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Hi Charles,

we have already tried what you suggested but results are same. nothing after connecting Putty through serial. same response on Hyper Terminal also.

When connected to the console and the router is reloaded, what are the messages being displayed on the console?  Any errors or anything at all?

nothing at all.

We have tried with different consol cable....also with USB Consol cable. but results are same "nothing in output window"
