Hi,
We have found some logs (see attached) on our Cisco 7604, c7600rsp72043-advipservicesk9-mz.151-3.S5.bin. We thought that this could be the cause of customer complain.
Please if someone can explain the meaning of this log.
Jun 23 04:47:20.754 FJT: %MLSCEF-SP-4-FIB_EXCEPTION_THRESHOLD: Hardware CEF entry usage is at 95% capacity for IPv4 unicast protocol.
Appreciate your assistance in advance.
regards

We also had the same problem.
Some of our clients had a problem with a packet loss to some resources and low connection speed.
Also we lose IPSec tunnels between the ASAs in our network.
I think this message is caused by TCAM memory exhaustion because of too large routing table. (We have 3 full views from the uplinks and some routes in vrf's.
What we did:
mls cef maximum-routes ip 716 mls cef maximum-routes ipv6 80
These commands will increase your IPv4 capacity in TCAM and the message should go away.
Then you need to reboot the router.
These manipulations have helped us.

Hi Alex,
Thanks very much, we'll try this option as we had already rebooted the router but still the message keep on appearing.
Appreciate your help.

Hi Alex,
We have made the changes, and the L3 fowarding utilization has drooped from 95% to 60%.
Thanks very much for your help.
