The router sets an error code from the RCD when error conditions are discovered and increments the call type. Error count to half for the current half-hour.
These tools provide strategies for viewing the system changes defined in this document.
1. The Router Log Viewer tool is an ICM management workstation tool that provides a live stream of errors as they are reported from the router. This could possibly be used to catch the error requirements specified in the file.
2. The Event Viewer is an instrument in WebView that allows you to view event information (messages) performed by procedures within Unified ICM and used in program maintenance. Events are important events in the system that are logged and saved for use in maintaining the program. The Event Viewer is your Web view instrument that you use to view such event data messages.
Each part of the unified ICM system records the events in the database. To start the Event Viewer, click the Event Viewer alternative from opening in the Historical Database.
