Is there a way to configure MPLS TE Tunnel so as to establish through a least delay path ?

Can delay be added as a constraint for Path calculation by CSPF.

What is your internal routing protocol?  Link state protocols like OSPF and ISIS are not likely to be flexible.  Others will give you more choices (and you might be able to combine them with Pfr).

OSPF is the IGP. It is also used for information distribution for MPLS TE.

Is it possible to combine, MPLS TE network with Pfr

I believe so, yes.  But being a link state protocol you will somewhat handicap it.

But MPLS TE requires a link-state IGP protocol to be deployed in the mpls domain.

Is it possible that Pfr decide the best IGP path based on delay and then MPLS uses that path to establish TE tunnel ?
