EVPN and XR

Hi all,

Is there any platform/emulator out there that is stable and works well for L2 EVPN on XR studies? In Eve-NG Pro I'm having weird data plane issues using xrv; on Cisco modelling labs I have random PID crashes every time I receive traffic on  a PE. Is there any platform out there that will let me test control and data plane using Cisco XR? I have lots of compute, just need a stable platform.

Hi,

Currently, the only way to test EVPN on XR is running XRv9000 router. However,  VPWS is the only use case is supported as of now.

Thanks man, are you reffering to the CML platform? Or you saying any platform?

XRv9000 is platform independent. So, it should be the same wherever you run it.
