Yes load-balancing can be used with no problem.

I have seen load balancing command in documents , i have only 2 link on other side, still i need to run separate load balancing command or IS-IS will do , its own.

isis will install multiple next-hops if they have equal cost to a given destination resulting in automatic load-sharing , so no need to enable anything
