L2 VPN load balancing

Hello Team,

I have multiple 10G and 1 G ethernet connected between the PE routers and doing L2 VPN over that. Just curious about how it does load balancing

for the traffic across the vpn sites

Hello Harish,

load balancing of L2 VPN traffic should be based on inner label value:

that is for a specific pseudowire using an LDP label X one path is chosen among the available one(s)

traffic of different pseudowires can use different links. If only one pseudowire exists you will see used only one link per direction

in the opposite direction the other node can make the same or a different decision so two different links can be used in the two directions
