ME-3400 IP MPLS Configuration

Hello Experts,

I need your technical assistance to configure ME-3400 Switch on CP side. The information give by the Service Provider is only the IPAdd, GWAdd, Subnet, ISOW_NBR, NODEID* & ID.

Can you confirm that above information is enough to configure ME-3400 on Customer side?
