I have a MPLS VPN network and on one of the 7200 routers which is one hop away from the edge, I have an MPLS entry which says "Recursive Paths" (see below). What does recursive path means? How is the next hop information found in this case?
133 66 9598:1006010001:10.11.1.0/24 \

Recursive paths, Label Stack{66}

I think it means that in order to find the next hop it is necessary an additional lookup in the routing table. In other words, next hop is not directly connected but route has to advice the routing table again to find how to next hop. Is that clear?

does it mean that we need to look up the new label (i.e. 66) in the MPLS table again? or are you referring to looking something up in the IP table?
