Hello,
I am afraid this question can be answered satisfactorily only by a proctor.
My personal - and totally unwarranted - opinion is that if the lab assignment does not call for specific label ranges then they can be arbitrary and will not be specially graded. Because of inherent randomness in the order the labels are assigned anyway, the lab scoring should not take particular label values into account.
Then again, while defining a unique label range for a particular router is certainly a helpful approach, as a prospective expert, you are expected to be fluent and well-accustomed to scenarios with overlapping label ranges, and I suggest you practice that skill as well.
Best regards,
Peter

Hello Atsadikov,
given the limited label space this is not feasible in real world when you have tens to hundreds of PE and P nodes,so I would get used to this fact
Hope to help
