Hello,
is there an ios image which features mpls/tag switching on a 2610 ? If so, could you please tell which version and features are needed.
I can't find anything with the feature navigator.
Thx, Maik

I just found that both p (service provider) and js (Enterprise) feature sets support MPLS, although I'm not sure though that full fledge functionality is available though. The 2600 is not officially supporting MPLS. So if it is for a production network, I would definitely recommend using 3600s, as this platform is officially supported. If it is simply for lab practice then I see no problem with using the 2610.
Hope this helps,

Yes Hritter,
I do agree about that. Perhaps not a full package for MPLS, since cisco recommeneded should be 3600 above. I've tested, but only minimal of MPLS like mutlivrf perhaps yes....

maher

Maher,
You are right, the 2600 does officially support multi vrf (or also called vrf lite). Bear in mind that multi vrf doesn't require the router to support MPLS though and for that reason some other smaller platforms also support multi vrf without supporting MPLS.
Hope this helps,
