MPLS Tunnel Builder Pro

I been trying to use this software for almost 3 weeks without any success , logging into TAC does not seem to do much help . Has anyone out there has used this software ? I have face great difficulty in getting the software to fetch my network topology , Only if i create the tunnel manually , then only it fetch the network , but that it defeat the purpose .

Can anyone help ?

I havent actually used this software (yet) but from any demo that I have seen it would appear to me that you require to setup your initial tunnels and tunnel builder will then check to see if there are any flaws and also build backup tunnels if you require them.

Thanks for the reply , but when you say i need to setup an initial tunnels , what you meant by that ? What is the initial tunnels setup ?
