MPLS VPN/ MPLS TE per-destination tunnel

Hello,

In MPLS VPN scenario(see attached image) where we have two CE router, i've been reading and searching about how to forward traffic down TE tunnels per-ip-destination and haven't found an scalable solution. I need that a specific flow from two CE routers go through a tunnel. What options do we have to make this possible?
