NG-mVPN on IOS XE for ASR 920 and ASR 903

Is the NG-mVPN features as specified in RFC 6513 and RFC 6514 are supported on the ASR 920 and ASR 903 routers running the IOS XE?

Hello Chandra,

NG mVPN is not listed in the datasheet for IOS XE for the ASR 920 platform:

The device has different licenses possible but only MPLS L3 unicast VPN and VPLS are listed.

You could try to check with feature navigator.

It is a platform for access/edge focused on metro ethernet with timing options for ethernet.

Edit:

I have made a search on feature navigator looking for feature MLDP-Based MVPN see

and only ASR 1000 and ISR 4400 appear depending on IOS XE versions

so ASR 920 and ASR 903 should not support NG mVPN.
