OSPF unable to create neighbors, logs message %PM-SP-4-BAD_COOKIE: bad cookie magic was detected

I have two routers 7606 release, version 12.2(33)SRB2, connected via 2 Giga interfaces in 2 separates /30 running OSPF and MPLS between them. The routers were working fine but something happened that now they are unable to create neighbor between them or ICMP between them.


I have checked and Layer 1 is up/up and the output of the show ip route sees the interfaces connected but no L3 connection is happening.


I need help.

Replacing the module 7600-ES20-D3C ESM20G Rev. 1.0 in router 1 solved the problem.

The logging information: "%PM-SP-4-BAD_COOKIE: bad cookie magic was detected" still showing in the router 2. It was not related with this issue.
