Problem about using GE port on RSP720-3CXL-GE as MPLS uplink

I have a Problem about using a GE port on  Route Switch Processor 720 Model RSP720-3CXL-GE (Active Module) as MPLS uplink from the PE router to P Router and the L2VPN (xconnect point to point) are not working.

The whole VCs of l2vpn service on PE are DOWN. But the L3vpn(vrf) service is still working.

Can anyone tel me about the restriction of using the GE as MPLS uplink?

Thank you so much.

Hello Kanmanee

Could you please share the configuration and show module output in a file. I presume you are having xconnect on a WAN card like ES+ or ES20.

Most likely it might not be supported to have the mpls interface on the RSP module for l2vpn but i will confirm after looking at the configuration. Also, please share the "sh mpls l2 vc <vcid> det" output

Thanks

Hello Vinit

Thank you so much for your answer unfortunately I forgot to log the "sh mpls l2 vc <vcid> det" at the time problem occured. But the result were no mpls lables in the   "imposed label stack {}" and VC was down so the l2vpn services was not working.

Normally I use  WAN card like ES20 as uplinks. But on that day the WAN Card was broken. So I had to use GE port on the RSP card to be an uplink instead and only l2vpn service was down but l3vpn service was normal.

After that  my team replaced the new ES20 card and l2 service has came back.

How can I find the reference document that it might not be supported to have the mpls interface on the RSP module for l2vpn?

Thank you so much^-^
