RELOAD LOGS

Hi guys,

I work for a vendor of cisco which is giving support to an ISP in india, which is launching its 4g network very soon. So here is the situation I'm stuck at- I need to take boot logs (as they say it) which is logs taken at the time of the routers rebooting process. And for that they have taken downtime, and the activity has been scheduled for tomorrow. and the routers are big service providers routers. So my question is that is there any method to take that boot log without rebooting the routers as it will take much time. My purpose to ask this question is that is that possible those reload logs are stored somewhere in routers memory or anywhere so I can fetch or save them?

Kindly help how can I help so that they can save time for the process?
