Select VRF Feature in MPLS

Hello Techs,

Today I ran into some abnormal issue while using select VRF feature. I have pointed  a static route with 2 different VRF's & redistributed the static routes in BGP Address-Family, when I leak the route from different VRF (import & export RT) what I see is that the VPN route in MP-BGP shows up with next-hop 0.0.0.0 (which I understood is locally sourced) & can see the same route in PE in BGP VPN address-family but not in VRF routing table, although in BGP VPN address-family table it shows best selected.

IOS Info :

"bootdisk:s2t54-advipservicesk9-mz.SPA.150-1.SY3.bin"

Same scenario is working at my other sites properly without any issues, where I see, next-hop address defined in static route for VPN's get redistributed in BGP VPN table & also in VRF routing table.

I am suspecting some bug issue but need your inputs , if you guys can help me !!
