This router is connected to MGX 8850 I can see cell count in MGX (Ingress & Egress both) from this router segment ping (atm pvc) is successful but I can do ping (atm pvc) device. I have noticed this changes
PPPoA Current State = WAIT_FOR_CALL
PPPoA Latest Event = AAA unique id allocated
PPPoA Latest Error = None
PPPoA Current State = LCP_NEGOTIATION
PPPoA Latest Event = PPP Msg
PPPoA Latest Error = None
Because of this my end user cant connect to VPN.
Can anyone help me to solve this puzzle.

Hello Ritesh, this is AL the guru, basically PPPoA Current State = LCP_NEGOTIATION / PPPoA Current State = WAIT_FOR_CALL means its waiting for the next LCP session from the PPP packet. Check to see if the users ADSL router is spitting errors when "debug ppp auth" and "debug ppp nego" is on. If its not check ADSL line to see if its in sync, if it is the break and rebuild the VC within the VP

one more thing, your ISP will have a plenty issue with 10K routers, they should have tested the IOS with the ATM link from the Telco to make sure IOS and ATM link with VP/VC works OK.
