previously we've the service of iplc with iptel network of 3 ccm of 1 publisher and 2 subscriber. after changed to mpls services, we encounter voice drop from 24 channel configured to only 8 channel can be use. We have tried to modify the audio bandwidth to higher level but same problems occured. please advise.
What I believe you are subscribing a MPLS VPN service from SP, right ? If yes, please check w/ the SP that how many voice channel is available for your connnection and request the sufficient from them. They should have QoS on it.
