Hi,
some years ago i was involved in the design and configuring of VPLS in a dual homing ebvironment with ASR9K (MC-LAG+VPLS).
Now i'll be going for the same scenario but with ME3600X.
Which technology better fit in scenarios where each CE is connected in dual homing to a couple of ME3600X that are part of MPLS cloud where VPLS has to be implemented to stretch VLANs among different remote sites?
I've not clear yet the requirements, but let's suppose both the cases where:
1) CE has to be doing a sort of load-balancing over the 2 uplinks towards ME3600X
2) only one uplink towards ME3600X has to be active and not the second one
