Problem with registering Orchestrator in region

Good day! 

I am studing CloudCenter and create one version 4.8 with ccm,cco and rabbit in vCenter 6.5 without Internet access. After configuring all this module I create VM private cloud but I have problem with registration of Orchestrator inside of Region and I dont know where I have to look to understand the problem with this registration. I test version 4.6 too and have the same problem. Can anybody help me please with this problem?

If the CCM, the CCO and the AMQ components are all within the same network or the same datacenter and have interconnectivity, then check the settings of the config wizard script on each component, make sure that you are able to see the CCO connected to the AMQ queue, and restart the CCO services. Then Try to register the CCO in the CCM user interface again.

Thank you for response. I run the tail command and problem was the clock mismatch between the VM.
