Reset Password cloudcenter UI without an e-mail

I cannot logged in to the CloudCenter UI v-4.10 and cannot use forgot password.

Can I reset it from command or something else?

Yes it should be possible with help from our TAC team, however would not want to detail the steps here. Please open a TAC case and have an engineer assist.
