3750X/3560X IBNS 2.0 service-template voice vlan not working/appearing

I am testing some IBNS 2.0 configurations on some 3750x & 3560X series switches running the latest 15.2(4)E10 IOS image.

I have everything working except the critical voice vlan feature.  The C3PL policy has a class for "AAA_SVR_DOWN_AUTHD_HOST" (match result-type aaa-timeout & match authorization-status authorized) that actives two service templates - one of these is "service-template CRITICAL_VOICE_TEMPLATE" that should activate the critical voice vlan feature.  The switch accepts the commands, however it doesn't appear in the configuration.

I have a 3560CX and with the same configuration it appears in the output of 'show run'.

Show run all just shows the default 'linksec policy' command - voice vlan is still missing.

 are you able to execute the commands bellow?

#show service-template [template-name]
#show run full

The output from the command 'show service-template CRITICAL_VOICE_TEMPLATE' on both the 3750X & 3560CX is the same (voice vlan isn't there?)
