about ise 3.1 admin password policy

I set the password policy as below on theise web page.

As far as I know, this policy also applies to cli admin.

If i also check the config in cli, the policy i set on the web will be checked.

However, cli admin does not seem to apply the policy i set.

For example, web admin has expired every month, but cli admin has been using it for months without changing the password.

Is there a setting I missed?

It was my illusion.

The password policy was not applied when setting the password by restarting CIMC, and the policy was applied without any problems when changing the password in CLI admin.
