access issue - directly goes to priviledge mode

Hi,

I've setup tacacs for routers but after entering my credentials, it directly gets me to the priviledge (enable) mode (intead of getting me to user mode - then priviledge mode after entering the Enable password).

how do i resolve this so that it gets me to the user mode first then to th priviledge mode after entering Enable password?

Is your user privilege 15?

What is you use a priv 7 user?
