Accounting And Administration Reports are blank

Hi everyone,

i am new using the ACS server and and for some reason my Tacacs+ Accounting and administration reports are blank. i think i need a little bit of help since i cannot figure out why this is happening.

There is which prevnets the accounting logs to come to the ACS.(Any kind of software installed which may be trapping the accounting information).
