ACS 3.1 user max session settings problem

I have configured ACS 3.1 with user max sessions, I am allowing unlimited sessions for group and 2 sessions for user. However, users are able to log in more than 2 times. Is there an issue with 3.1 or I need to do any other settings?

Hello,

For the max session to work, you need to have the accouting turned on the NAS. Have you done so? What kind of connections/NASs are they?
