I recently changed the IP address of my ACS 3.2.2 server, then rebooted the ACS server. My ACS server is using external database for user authentication (Windows NT/2000). TACACS+ configurations are also modified on the Cat3750 switch (TACACS+ client) to point to the new ACS IP. No other changes were made. But after reboot and ACS server back running, ACS failed to authenticate any telnet users for about 30 minutes. No user can login during this period. "Debug tacacs" showed that ACS server returned FAIL for all authentication attempts. After about 30 minutes, the problem was gone by itself - no change on ACS or Windows domain controller. Anyone has experienced similar issues? Could you please advise what was the problem? If I need to change the IP address of the ACS server, anything else I need to do?
Thanks a lot!

Did you change the reference of IP address in the server ?

Yes. All servers are pointing to the new IP.
