We have ACS 5.1, and configured an SNMP string.
When we try to poll it via SNMP it doesn't respond. Polling PC is on the same subnet, pulled a wireshark trace and we see the SNMP request hit the ACS, but it never responds.
I'm thinking we missed somehtin obvious, I'd appreciate any pointers.

Interesting, the ACS is in production at a remote site.
What's the easiest way for my tech to determine the current rev/patch level?
Also, where would we find instructions on re-starting the SNMP service?

To find the version just click on the about link in the top right at the acs homepage.
as far as restarting the acs snmp service you will not be able to do that, you will have to restart the acs services. (acs stop and acs start).
