ACS 5.2 VMware disk requirements

Hi, in ACS 5.2 VMware installation guide, I've found a requirement of 500 GB storage size.

Do you have experience on that ? Is it necessary ?

Hi,

yes it is necessary.

ACS might not use all that spaces but it does create partitions and needs to book that space.

You could maybe get away with the vmware option to "declare 500gig but only allocate them as they are being used" but I cannot confirm this as I didn't try. In any case, ACS needs to see it has 500Gigs.
