Hello All,
We have configured FTP Repository on Cisco ACS. When we take On-Demand Backup on the primary ACS through FTP we can see incoming transfers on the FTP Server but we are unable to see any file in the home directory. And, also "sh repository" command's output shows that the Repository is empty.
Need your help in resolving this issue asap.

Harshal,
Why do you have the following staging URL?
backup-staging-url nfs://127.0.0.1:/opt/CSCOacs/bin

Can you do "show backup history" on the ACS CLI to understand if the last backup was successful at all.
run (debug transfer 7, debug copy 7, debug backup-restore all 7) and try to take backup again.

The backup never succeeded as per the logs. Please attach:
1. show backup history
2. show run
3. Command you are using to take backup.

Hello Javier,
Thank you for highlighting the above staging url configuration, after removing the above configuration we were able to take backup successfully.
