ACS and remote agent on Windows Domain controller

I have several ACS 4.0 servers which are authenticating wireless users with PEAP and machine accounts. Everything works fine except that about once every few weeks we have to restart the remote agent on the domain controllers - not at the same time. It is very random. The wireless users authencate as soon as the agent is restarted.

Has anyone had problems with the remote agent ? Is this fixed if I upgrade to 4.1 ? Please advise.

Randy,

I would suggest to update acs and remote agent to 4.1 as current software is not that good.

Also you can check the remote agent logs to see what is causing it to stop authenticating users.
