Hi Cisco Support,
We can't view commands on the report viewer that was issue on non-cisco device. Can you assists us on how or is it supported on non-cisco devices? Is there any documentation for this kind of setup?
Hope for your fast response.
Thank you and Best Regards!

Using TACACS protocol right? We have already configured on that but still we can't see on report viewer log on what has been issued on command.

On the ACS side, a support bundle with runtime in debug level would help. You may also want to collect a packet capture of the traffic between the 3rd party device and ACS, and see if the TACACS+ command accounting data is present.
To set runtime to debug level:
# acs-config
(enter GUI credentials when prompted to authenticate)
(acs-config)# debug-log runtime level debug
Execute a few commands, then download the support bundle from the GUI (include debug, system and local logs), and look at the runtime log file for clues.
