ACS to ISE 2.4 migration document doubts

I am looking at the ACS to ISE migration Unsupported Rule Elements.

Can anyone point out what is being referred to as "weekly recurrence setting" ?

Is there a feature disparity between ISE and ACS for date and time settings ?

Does it mean that for some reason the tool is not going to migrate these rules but we will have to manually create them ? ISE does support date and time based authorization and authentication rules.

Hi,

I always recommend to go with fresh installation of ISE and re-configuring the ACS policies to ISE. I've done once migration with the tool but it had multiple issues when it comes to copying the policies, users.. etc.
It would be much easier if you just go for fresh installation.
