ACS users limit for session

Hi,

I have configured acs 4.2 in windows server machine, everything is working perfectly, users are authenticating from AD. Issue is that when uses is connected with any machine either from PC or laptop or mobile then it is not be able to connect again with. Means it can not be connected from two devices concurrently. I am set the maximum number of sessions in option. but it is not working. kindly advise.

What is your access medium ? wireless ? WLC/IOS ? switches ?

Hi Nicolas,

The users are on Wireless WLC and Ethernet Switch medium.

In the WLC security tab, you have an option for max concurrent login.

For switches, the only enforcement point should be ACS and the max number of session per user.
