  I am gettin this error for every 1hr -- ACS5.3 - VMWare installation -Store failure  ; pls help me to stop

the details said see log collector , would u pls check it and post the error msg (if u found any)

Hussam,

Can you please help by providing more information as to what the log collector is? From my experience there are few more steps in getting this information from the log collector, such as debugging the monitoring component, reproducing the issue, and then looking in the right log file after reproducing this issue. Do you have those steps handy?

Was ACS it working fine before?

If yes, was there anything done before the problem to appear?

Is the ACS working fine without a problem? or it is not working as supposed?

I usually receive such stupid notifications from ACS where I can find no issue with the ACS services.

I suggest that you restart the services and check.

what does this command on CLI show you:

     show application status acs

?

yes , the application and features are working fine ; but after restart also i am getting this unknown erros ,

acsserver/admin# sh application status acs

ACS role: PRIMARY

Any other inputs needed , can any one help me to proceed !!!
