I know of these two.
"CSCvh65838 runtime core dump during lite stress"
"CSCvi10727 ISE 2.2 P6 Application Server initializing & high CPU due to Bypass-Suppression Collection Filters"

If hit issues, please open a TAC case. If not hitting any specific issues under current 2.2 release, but looking to be proactive, then P5 has some key updates and has been out longer. P6 is about 4 weeks out. Per internal email, I noted CSCvi10727 which is certainly a critical issue if you often run bypass suppression. If so, then hold off on P6.

I upgraded a 4 node ISE 2.2 patch 1 deployment to patch 6 almost 2 weeks ago and had no issues installing the patch and have had no issues since.
The deployment is being used for RADIUS, TACACS, wired and wireless 802.1x and MAB, VPN and management authentication using AD with PEAP and EAP-TLS.
Take a backup and implement during a maintenance window.
Of course, your mileage may vary.

Note that patch is in the process of being re-posted, possibly due to the critical defect noted. You will need to revert existing patch and apply new.
