Are there a way to show all history on device?

Are there any way to show all history on device beside run command "history" 

cause it show only history of my own.

Point is i want to view all the log and history configuration on device.

@WINCis if you want history for the configuration commands entered on devices, then the best solution is to use TACACS+ which can authenticate and authorise the users to enter the commands but also log what commands those users entered. You can run a report on what commands were configured and by whom. Cisco ISE is a TACACS+ solution.
