Authenticate Endpoint Users and Switches at the same port

We have a use case where there are some ports where users plug in endpoints as well as some 3560 compac switches.

Is there a common config we can apply at the port level so that these ports authenticate user endpoints and 3560 compac switches transparently ?

Do we use NDAC and use the switch which has this port as a seed device ?

If that's true can workstations connect to these ports as well ?
