Authenticating using ODBC User Database

I am trying to configure an ODBC user database using Access and ACS 3.3.1

Is there an instruction manual out there that will show me examples of how to do this on the ACS server as well as what I need to do on the Microsoft side?

I think I have found out how to use the ODBC database, but I have some questions. I would like to know if anyone has this setup using Access or would it be best if I used MySQL? Also, does ACS create the tables or would I be required to do this task? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
