Avoid simultaneous logins with single user ID

I am implementing "AAA for network access" where in each user is displayed a login page by the ASA to browse the internet.

I am using RADIUS for this through an Cisco ACS. the problem is even if i limit number of simultaneous logins for the user to 1 in his radius settings, he is able to login multiple times, simultaneously.

Is there anything else i have to be doing to avoid this.

To make it work you need to setup aaa accounting. Do you have that configured ?

Yeah i have tried enabling accounting, still doesn't work. Anything else i need to verify.+
