Can't delete guest

I can't remove/delete guest users from the sponsor portal on ise 1.2 path 5. Also I can't even reinstate, suspend, delete or change account duration. Dont know if it a bug with patch 5, but I'll upgrade to patch 6 tonight to see it that resolves the issue. Thanks

Authorization level are correct, I am able to delete certain users but some I can't. Made sure I am able to view/edit all accounts.

Hi Toua Lor,

There are different causes for the Guest user not to get deleted.

Some of the issues are if Guest users are created with special charaters < > & ' . The defect ID is CSCui57961 which is fixed in ISE 1.2 Patch 6.

The other special character which had issue is " (double quotes ). This is still an issue.

Also we have seen this kind of issue when Guest users are imported. This is also still an issue.

Upgrading to patch 6 seems to fix some of the issues, I am able to delete certain users that I couldn't delete before.

There are still other users that I couldn't delete/remove from the sponsor portal. Thanks
