I am on ACS 5.8.0.32.6, I followed instructions as below for ACS Password Recovery

Tried boot both from KVM, and Console. It did take the new password. But after reboot, I still cannot login with new password. I am wondering if password is updated or the admin account is locked permanently.
Is there a way to fix this and recovery admin password?
