cannot reset-config as APP_START is running v3.1

Hello,
I am not able to perform any changes in ise
adding ip or delete 
reset-config 
start/stop application ise 
whenever I tried the following message appeared 

waiting up to 30 seconds for APP_START to finish 
cannot continue ip address change as APP_START is running 

 

I tried rebooting the node but the same problem

I don't see any followups from you after a few weeks so I will assume restarts worked or you called TAC to resolve.

It would help if you waited for some time to app start to finish before you config., Depending on compute it will take some time.

check the application running from console :

 

#show application status ise
# application stop ise
check again 
#show application status ise

i tried to report the node and waited for 12 hours and still the same error appered 

 

 

Hi @moha99edhamedan,

12hrs is not regular time to start ISE It usually takes 5-15 mins, depending on the HW. I would assume it is either broken, or initially installed faulty. Either way, I would proceed with re-image of the node.
