Change MNT roles?

I have a TAC and they were wondering on swapping pri/sec mnt roles to see if it would fix the issue. My question he couldn't answer is will this cause a system reboot? I know if you change pri/sec admin both will restart at the same time. Just wondering if it would do that if changing mnt roles?

SSwapping Pri and Sec roles for the two MnT will NOT trigger rebooting. I did it to my 1.4 and 2.2 fully distributed deployment.

Thanks, they'd kill me if it did since they do wired and wireless auth.

Understood. And you will find out the role swapping on MnT is very smooth and quick.

Only the process "M&T Log Processor" is restarted on both primary and secondary M&T nodes, when I tried it on an ISE 2.2 deployment setup with 4 nodes.
